WIFI USER SUPPORT

OMT offers 3 levels of support as follows:

  • Subscription to our 24/7 WiFi Toll Free Support Call Center.
  • Remote System Diagnostics via our NOC (Network Operations Center).
  • Office Hours Support at our Engineering Headquarters 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, M-F.

24/7 TOLL FREE CALL CENTER SUPPORT

OMT’s Call Center helps the end-user sign-on to a WiFi System that has been installed by the OMT Team.  This is a fee based service and is quoted based on number of potential user’s.  Callers get a live person to help them sign-on to the internet by going through a basic set of operational steps in the event they are having difficulty.

Calls are escalated from the Call Center to the Engineering Department in the event the problem cannot be solved at the Call Center during normal business hours.

NOC SUPPORT

The OMT NOC is provided during normal business hours and is free during the warranty period and is fee based after warranty at a very cost effective fee rate.

Engineers can diagnosis problems on OMT installed systems remotely and can usually correct system problems from the NOC.

Third party systems can be diagnosed by the NOC if the system installed has remote access capability.  It the system does not have remote access capability, then OMT can provide a controller for a fee.

ENGINEERING SUPPORT

The OMT Headquarters Engineering Department provides support free of charge during the warranty period of Systems installed by OMT and on a fee based basis for Systems no longer on warranty.  These services are available during normal working hours M-F.
